Use ossaudit to audit the installed packages.
The ossaudit supports python versions >= 3.5, so the workflow skips the audition for py27 and pypy2.
Partially implements #29

The ossaudit supports python versions >= 3.5

I don't think this is a big deal since we plan to drop support for python <= 3.5 anyway.

I would suggest to merge it now. It's not depend on other PRs.
